A newly established regulatory commission needed to align its strategic planning with monitoring systems after two years of operational learning and evolving priorities.
Our Work
We developed an updated theory of change, strategic evaluative questions, and an aligned planning and monitoring approach that connected strategy to evidence collection.
The Impact
The commission gained a coherent organisational narrative and a clear pathway to collect the right evidence for decision-making.

Our Work
We worked alongside the gender equality team to develop a practical MEL framework and system for the organisation's 10-year equality strategy.
